The terms that govern your use of Plate Pro on Mac, iPhone and iPad.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using Plate Pro (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all versions of the app across Mac, iPhone and iPad.

2. Licence

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Plate Pro for your own personal or business food-costing purposes. You may use the app within your own kitchen, restaurant or hospitality business. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as permitted by the Apple App Store terms or applicable law.

3. Purchases & subscriptions

Plate Pro is distributed through the Apple App Store. Any purchase, subscription, billing, automatic renewal, refund and cancellation is handled by Apple under your Apple account, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple account settings. The App Store shows pricing in your regional currency, which may differ from the prices listed on this website.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Plate Pro only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your device secure.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Plate Pro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Costing outputs, including food cost percentages, gross profit, suggested prices and any other figures, are estimates based on the data you enter. They are intended to inform your decisions, not replace them. You should verify any figure before relying on it for pricing, purchasing or financial decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after any change means you accept the updated terms.
